Janice is a licensed Broker, and has more than thirty years experience serving real estate needs of buyers and sellers in all price ranges. She has received numerous awards for service and outstanding production including the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors Lifetime Award of Excellence, and top Sales and Listing Leader annual awards. Janice is a Graduate of Tennessee Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a credential held by fewer than four percent (4%) of licensees, and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) a certification to represent buyers as a buyer’s agent during a transaction. Janice is a member of The Williamson County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Janice represents sellers in marketing resale and new construction, assists buyers in all stages and has multiple years of experience in property management. Janice was formerly a Relocation Director specializing in corporate relocation, and this experience has made her particularly enjoy representing clients who are relocating to or away from the Nashville area.
