License since 1987, real estate is her passion. She started working with her mother in 1987 who then passed away in 1995, from cancer. She has been at RE/MAX for over 35 years so she has great knowledge and negotiating skills! Some of the perks that she offers by qualified clients are bridge financing if needed, enclosed moving trailers at no cost, advertising in full color in the record as well as listing on the Toronto board and local board Janette Lynn Graf-King has lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo area with her family since 1960. She received her license in 1987 and joined RE/MAX to work with her mother, Marjorie B.A. Graf, who later died from cancer in 1995. In 2009, her daughter Patricia Marjorie King-Edge joined her to make this the third generation in real estate. The combined forces offer more availability and resources for all of there clients. Janette and Patricia work the south western area of Ontario and their sellers get optimum exposure with there listings being marketed on both the Kitchener-Waterloo board as well as the Toronto board. The advertising is consistent with full page ads in the real estate magazines as well as the real estate paper with a photo, price, address and description of the property as well as on the websites of over 400 RE/MAX real estate centre agents from Kitchener, Cambridge, Erin, Guelph, Acton, Fergus & Elora, Orangeville, Shelburne, Georgetown, Milton, Brampton.
Currently Janette lives in the city but keeps her horses at her farm, which is where her heart is. Farm and country real estate in southwestern Ontario is definitely a passion of hers and she would love to help you find your dream property! Her sales range from executive homes, farm and country, and occasionally commercial, working with both experienced and first time buyers. Her experience, professionalism, patience, and integrity are just a few of her traits that make her a pleasure to work with! When her clients find the right property with a good lot, location, layout and address then the negotiating begins and the final purchase price is dependant of the cosmetics and updates to arrive at a fair value for both the buyer and seller.
