Janet Vice joined Commerce CRG as a member of the Park City, Utah commercial real estate team. Her knowledge, expertise and dedication will provide clients everything necessary to achieve their real estate objectives.
Janet began her real estate career in the 1990's with the Boyer Company. Starting as an administrative assistant in the retail division she worked hard and learned the industry quickly. She obtained her real estate license, and began leasing space in the Boyer Company's many shopping centers.
In 1997 Janet joined Cottonwood Partners as the lease administrator for the company where she was responsible for the administration of all aspects of lease negotiations. At this time she also worked with the managing director and principal broker in developing the marketing strategy for the leasing of the 475,000 square-foot Cottonwood Corporate Center. She soon became a partner with the broker in leasing this prestigious asset.
Janet left Cottonwood Partners in mid-2006, obtained her Utah broker's real estate license, and started her own firm. Because of her track record and reputation Commerce CRG pursued and enticed her to join their Park City office. Janet continues to be the listing broker for all of the Cottonwood Partners' commercial projects including their 90,000 square feet of office space in the Newpark development at Kimball Junction.
In Janet's more than ten years of commercial real estate experience she has successfully negotiated transactions with both national and local companies and organizations. She has closed on deals from one thousand square feet to over 40,000 square feet and has developed the reputation of knowing how to make transactions work for all parties involved. Her knowledge of how to manage dealings with all those involved in the process, including attorneys, architects, contractors, etc., has made her invaluable to her clients.
