A licensed REALTOR® in Illinois since 2005, Janet has worked on condominium conversion projects and in resale, closing real estate transactions in a number of Chicago’s neighborhoods - helping buyers, sellers, property owners, and renters achieve their goals. She not only knows the different neighborhoods but also understands their market variations. She has enjoyed the reputation of always “being there” for her clients, whether for their first home purchase, relocation, or investment. Janet has also earned the highly coveted Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and E-pro designations, giving her an added advantage of industry knowledge, which better serves her clients. Janet came into her real estate career by way of art and retailing. Prior to earning her Real Estate license, Janet combined her art background with business in various positions with Art Galleries and department store chains, as well as being the proprietor of a custom furniture and decorative accessories boutique in Chicago’s West Loop. Janet’s neighborhoods and properties of expertise include the New East Side, where Janet is a neighbor, owner, investor, and property owner. She is active in community events and keeps her finger on the pulse of changes and local market conditions to address pressing questions that are often asked about real estate.
