Born & raised in the beautiful Black Hills, Janelyn Thomas is a Broker Owner with High Plains Real Estate serving Buyers and Sellers in the Black Hills and Central SD. She has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of real estate. Janelyn was a top-producing mortgage loan officer for 8 years with HSBC, one of the world's largest financial institutions. She has also worked at an Abstract Company, closing multi-million dollar transactions on both residential and agricultural properties. She also served Lyman County as the Deputy Director of Equalization, gaining valuable expertise as a certified appraiser/assessor in the valuation of real estate. When Janelyn isn't serving her clients, she enjoys being a Gramma to her three precious grandsons.
