Being a native Floridian, Janel has deep roots in the community. She started her real estate career at Global Commercial where she worked for nine years, starting as a Transaction Manager, later advancing to Director of Sales and Marketing.
Janel has a passion for real estate. With a combined total of 25 years in marketing; 15 years of that being in Commercial / Investment Real Estate sales including, Sale-Leasebacks, Mobile Home Parks, Apartments, Office, Multi-Family, Medical, storage facilities, property management, 1031 and Delaware Statutory Trusts.
Her portfolio of qualifying activities, transactions, and projects now allows Janel to study for her CCIM designation. She recently passed the broker class and will sit for the state exam soon.
