Jan Chaffee has been focused on commercial real estate since 1985 and has specialized as an office and retail broker in both tenant and landlord representation. Ms. Chaffee has been responsible for leasing several notable office and mixed-use projects in Tampa, including Northdale Executive Center, Memorial Center, Grand Plaza, and Kennedy Center. In the last five years, Ms. Chaffee has leased more than 550,000 square feet of property valued in excess of $40 million. Jan is affiliated with Commercial Real Estate Women, Westshore Alliance Member National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Boy Scouts of America, and the American Cancer Society. Her experience includes being the director at GVA Advantis from 2006-2008 a leasing Associate at The Wilson Company (1993 - 2006), The Hogan Group (1991 - 1993), and Rutenberg Corporation (1989 - 1991).
