Jammie Bandor is originally from Indiana and brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry with her to Redpeak. With a track record of success in multiple facets of the sector, Jammie has become renowned for her accomplishments in building and managing top-performing sales and maintenance teams. She has had considerable success in spearheading new acquisition projects, stabilizing assets, and exceeding occupancy and profit targets. Prior to joining RedPeak, Jammie spent seven years as a Senior Regional Manager for Greystar. In this role, she was tasked with the financial and operational management of up to nine different assets within her portfolio; during this time, Jammie devised innovative strategies that improved traffic flow, and generated additional income and retention rates. Throughout her career thus far, Jammie has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on new acquisitions, new developments, active adult communities, distressed rehabs, Section 8 housing solutions, tax credit programs and corporate housing systems. Her professional experiences have given her an opportunity to gain first-hand insights into all aspects of real estate management while honing her leadership capabilities.
