Jamie is the executive director and founder of Government Lease Advisors, Inc., a registered veteran-owned small business, located in Washington, DC and Chicago where he is responsible for working on government real estate lease transactions, project management and property sales. Jamie has been involved in thousands of lease transactions with government tenant agencies and has national market experience with the US General Services Administration (GSA), federal government and state government real estate assignments that include one-off market assignments with lessors on their lease acquisitions with government agencies and has completed several large scale assignments for government agencies seeking multiple leased locations.
Jamie received his BS in finance from the University of Illinois. Jamie is a Navy veteran of the Gulf War. Jamie is a member of the DC chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Federal Real Property Association (FRPA), and is a board member of the National Federal Development Association (NFDA).
