I am a native Ithacan home grown in the hills of Lansing until I moved to downtown Fall Creek where I attended Ithaca High School. I worked hard through school so that I could play hockey with every free hour of my youth in the true upstate NY spirit. After graduating from Ithaca High School, I attended University of Vermont for 1 year before my hometown roots pulled me back to Ithaca. I attended Cornell University for the rest of my undergraduate career where I continued to play hockey as well as study business, hospitality, and communications. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications and a minor in Hospitality in 2007. With the exception of two years while I worked towards a master’s degree from San Diego State University, and a semester spent studying the origins of law in London, I have spent my whole life living in the beautiful and progressive Ithaca area. I am now a single mom living in Northeast Ithaca, raising my beautiful and precocious daughter. Ithaca IS home for me.
I come to serve you with a vast understanding of the Ithaca market in residential housing, commercial real estate, and investment properties. I own and operate an LLC that manages my real estate investment portfolio comprised of residential rental units. I am the daughter of two contractors and developers that are well known and respected in the Ithaca area. I grew up on construction sites and have overseen countless renovations since. I serve you with an arsenal of construction contacts that I trust with my own home. Most importantly I pride myself on attention to detail and customer service. I spent 15 years in the restaurant world, where I learned from a young age the value of integrity and care in customer service. Straight out of college I worked as an events and restaurant manager running high end restaurants and training others on those values. I enjoyed this work until I found my true calling in real estate. I bring those lessons to every interaction I have in the world and especially in my work. I enjoy working with homeowners and homebuyers and getting to know them in new chapters of their lives. The relationships forged from this agency keeps me loving my work every day.
