James (Jamie) Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, is a lifelong Tulsan with thirty years of industrial real estate experience involving hundreds of transactions helping clients make informed decisions. He maintains a loyal client base of local, regional, and national companies with his in-depth market knowledge, strong work ethic and client-first approach.
His specialization involves marketing land and industrial buildings for sale or lease. He represents tenants, buyers, landlords or sellers. Jamie has a diverse group of local, regional and national clients, many for which he has handled multiple transactions and still works with them today.
Jamie also has a working relationship with active developers in the market. In exchange for a long-term lease, a new facility can be constructed to a company's exact specifications via a build-to-suit. For those companies wanting to free up capital in real estate, Jamie can arrange a sale-leaseback to remain in the asset by leasing it back.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Jamie is well trained to work with real estate investors, skilled at valuing income property for investments and understands the mechanics of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange.
