Jim joined the Greystone Commercial team in August 1998. He comes to Greystone with an extensive background in operating and growing small businesses in the Modular Housing, Advertising, and Healthcare Information industries. As part of his nationally recognized experience in healthcare, he acquired and sold physician medical practices throughout the United States, which generally involved targeted database physician recruitment marketing. Jim entered the commercial real estate field to continue his passion for matching real estate and business buyers with sellers. He is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
