Jim Wilder has enjoyed an extensive career in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, leasing, consulting and development. Prior to joining RCA in 1999, Mr. Wilder was a Principal in McCain & Company, a commercial brokerage firm founded in 1992. This was preceded by five years with CB Commercial, specializing in income property sales. Mr. Wilder’s introduction to the business was with Koger Properties, a regional office park developer, where he served 13 years in various positions, including Vice President and Regional Manager. AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION • Providing corporate real estate services to both local and national clients. • Acquisition and disposition of commercial properties with emphasis in office, industrial, and land. CAREER MILESTONES • Completed over $70 million in transactions over the past three years. • Established and continue to maintain multiple corporate relationships, providing a variety of corporate services.
