Jay is a Managing Director in the Baltimore office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 21 years of experience. He is responsible for the origination and execution of capital markets business, focusing on office and industrial transactions across the Mid-Atlantic. Jay has marketed and sold over $3.5 billion of commercial property offerings ranging across all product types within the region. Jay was one of the Top Performers of JLL in 2016 and 2020.
Prior to joining JLL, Jay was a Managing Director in the capital markets group within Cassidy Turley with earlier positions on office leasing teams, the corporate service group (national tenant representation), appraisal, research, and property management departments. He has a solid financial acumen and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics to extrapolate value on each transaction, anticipating and mitigating any pitfalls before they occur. Jay takes a client advocate to each assignment and utilizes his strong intermediary skills to manage each assignment effectively, maximizing results.
Jay received Cassidy Turley Edge Award for Top Capital Markets Professional in 2012 and was among the Top 100 Brokers nationally in 2011 and 2012. Twice he received the Baltimore Business Journal Heavy Hitter Award in 2007 and 2012.
