James heads up the Investment Department and has over 18 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of retail investment, specialising in the shopping centre, high street, food store and leisure sectors.
Having started his career in agency at Cushman & Wakefield, he moved into investment and was previously a director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Stockford Staunton.
James is a member of the RICS, the Investment Property Forum, British Council of Shopping Centres and Accessible Retail.
