James Vu leads Vestian’s Western U.S. division, operating out of our Los Angeles office. James brings nearly a decade of experience in the industry, with deep expertise in the industrial sector. He specializes in helping industrial occupiers and users rethink their approach to real estate; and brings specific knowledge of specialized industries from textile and food processing to transportation and logistics. James has significant experience executing sale leasebacks, leased investments, landlord and tenant representation assignments, land developments, project management, build-to-suits, and portfolio planning & management strategies. Prior to joining Vestian, James worked at the longest-running commercial real estate firm based out of L.A.
