After joining the EMEA Valuation team in 2016, James has gained experience in valuing large commerical and residential investment portfolios across Africa, Germany and The Netherlands.
James has assisted with loan security; NPL and PL fund valuations for a variety of stakeholders varying from banks, Government Institutions and Private Equity firms.
Currently working within the Development Advisory team, providing advice across a broad range of assets. We assist private individuals, private companies and local authorities in increasing their asset values through development advice and viability analysis.
