Bio
James Savier is a Vice President with the investment sales team of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in its Atlanta office. His primary responsibilities include financial underwriting, valuations, preparation of marketing materials, legal document review and assisting clients with due diligence and property logistics.
Since joining JLL, James has been involved in the sale of more than 17,000 hotel rooms totaling over $3.7 billion. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Savier worked at Deloitte Consulting as a consultant with a core focus in financial modeling. During his tenure, Mr. Savier served clients in several industries including banking, aerospace and defense, technology, and telecommunications.
Mr. Savier is a 2018 Level III Candidate of the Charter Financial Analyst Program. Mr. Savier completed his undergraduate work at the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. James is also an active member of JLL’s Young Guns program and a founding member of Atlanta’s Young Guns Alumni Organization.
