James provides real estate consulting services, lease negotiation, and build-to-suit strategies to some of the nation’s leading users office and industrial space. Creative problem solving, six sigma, and building systems are a passion for James and help immensely with servicing larger and more complex transactions.
Prior to joining the JLL team, James founded WorkSpace Real Estate, one of Houston’s leading Women and Minority owned Commercial Real Estate Companies in Houston. His experience creating and running several business from the ground up allows him to advocate and negotiate for his clients on a personal level.
