Jim brings 30+ years of appraisal experience—the bulk focused on commercial and agricultural properties, and currently holds an RPRA (Real Property Review Appraiser) accreditation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Prior to AgAmerica, Jim served as the Commercial Department Manager at AREA Real Estate Appraisers, Inc. During his tenure, he was the department supervisor and appraised a variety of commercial properties throughout the state of Florida. He has extensive experience appraising agricultural properties including citrus groves, blueberry farms, pastureland, timberland, nurseries, ranchland, and reclaimed phosphate and mining land. He is also a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS), allowing Jim to operate drones for commercial use during his on-site appraisals.
