Jim is ranked among the top 1% of brokers in Hudson County and, with more than $80,000,000.00 in sales since 2018, has been consecutively awarded the highest level of recognition, Platinum Level Circle of Excellence, from the National Association of Realtors. Recent successes have included a six-lot land assemblage sale of $18,085,000 translating into 1,000,000 buildable sq/ft in the heart of Journal Square, as well as multiple record- breaking sales of multi-family and mixed-use properties in various neighborhoods in Jersey City and West New York with CAP rates as low as 2.2% and buildings trading as high as $537,500 per unit.
