Bio
James Paine has far reaching family ties to Palm Beach going back 100 years. His family lived in the North End of The Town of Palm Beach on Seagate Road, which gives him the local expertise and connections required to excel in the Palm Beach Luxury residential and commercial markets. He has also lived in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth Beach, which are also markets that he specializes in. His ties to the Island and his expertise in both commercial and residential development regulations and processes give him the edge to provide a unique service to his clients. He does not hesitate to connect with his ever growing contact list. James has had the privilege of serving clients in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors over a career that has spanned nearly a decade. He holds a B.S. from the Florida State University College of Business, graduating in 2014. Shortly after graduation, James started in residential real estate sales, but quickly became involved in commercial real estate locating off market deals for his select client list. Over the years, he has successfully represented buyers and sellers in their residential and commercial real estate interests. His relationships with his clients are strong, producing repeat business. After working for larger firms on Palm Beach for seven years, James gained vast knowledge of Residential Development, brokering multiple development deals with boutique investors and larger institutions. In 2021 He joined a West Palm Beach developer, focusing on high-end luxury site acquisition in the Neighborhoods of Historic El Cid, Prospect Park, and South of Southern (SoSo) Flagler Drive area, including waterfront homes and worked closely with their team on planning, development, and sales of their ultra-luxury single family homes. While working in the high-end luxury residential markets, James continued to work commercial deals as well.
