Bio
James Madsen joined ODI in 2007 after graduating from Stanford University with honors in International Security Studies, and subsequently redeveloped over a million square feet of office, industrial, and flex space. Before joining ODI, James interned at The White House and The State Department and directed Stanford Student Enterprises’ Banking, Funding and Investment divisions. James is responsible for new acquisitions and overseeing ongoing redevelopment efforts in multiple states.
