Bio
Jim began working in the Scottsdale Airpark in 1981. He administers an office of 16 brokers and three staff members. He is considered to be one of the commercial real estate experts in regards to negotiating building and land sales on behalf of clients in the Loop 101 Employment Base (Scottsdale Airpark, Desert Ridge, and Deer Valley). Since its inception, the company has negotiated lease and sale transactions totaling over $2.3 billion, including personal production of over $750 million.
Jim is a graduate of The University of Arizona with a Bachelors Degree in Business. He is currently serving on several local Boards including the First Fidelity Bank. He has previously served as a Board Member on Moss Adams: CPA Firm, the FBI Citizens Committee, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Scottsdale Airport Advisory Commission, the Scottsdale Airpark P.O.A., and is a Lifetime Member of the Scottsdale Charros.
Jim has published and or been quoted in over 200 magazine and newspaper articles and has produced the Annual Greater Scottsdale Airpark 2010 Report since 1989.
Jim was born in Tucson, is married with four children and resides in Scottsdale.
