I am a U. S. Army veteran and native-born Floridian.
I earned my American Bankers Association Certificate in 1968. I also attended the University of Miami Mortgage Bankers Institute for four years and served as an Officer and President of the Broward County Mortgage Bankers Association for four years.
My education includes the earning of my Florida Certified Building Contractors License, CBC 50025 and Florida Real Estate Brokers License, BK305704.
The above enabled me to found, own and successfully manage my own mortgage bank, servicing more than 35,000 loans. The company was licensed and approved by The Federal Housing Administration, FHA, The Veteran’s Administration, VA, The Federal National Mortgage Association, Fannie Mae, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Association, Freddie Mac, as a lender and Seller Servicer.
My construction and selling skills are from single family residences to multi-family apartment buildings and hotels.
