James joined Hughes Commercial Real Estate in 2021. Before joining Hughes, James worked as an intern for a commercial brokerage in Columbia, South Carolina where he provided market research and analysis for the firm’s industrial brokerage team. James specializes in tenant representation, owner-occupier representation, and lease negotiations. James graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina. He majored in finance and real estate, while also minoring in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, playing golf, and traveling.
