Jim Greenfield is Senior Vice President - Asset Services for Weitzman. In this position, Greenfield is responsible for the asset management of Golden Triangle Mall, a 764,700-square-foot regional mall in Denton, Texas, that is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Dillard's, Sears and Barnes & Noble. The mall, Denton's only mall, also includes a number of popular mall retailers and restaurants. Greenfield also has experience with Weitzman as director of property management, where he handled day-to-day supervision of Weitzman's Dallas/Fort Worth commercial property portfolio. Greenfield has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of asset/property management, leasing and construction management for retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Prior to joining Weitzman, Greenfield was executive vice president and chief operating officer of BNC Real Estate, an investment, development and property management company. Prior to that, he was vice president and director of real estate services for Archon Group, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for contracting for property management and leasing services for the real estate assets in a 34.5-million-square-foot portfolio of commercial properties, as well as for developing ancillary income properties. He is a former Property Management Instructor for Eastfield Community College.
