Since 1966 Mr. Fraser has been working with corporations to solve their real estate requirements. Jim has represented many internationally well-known corporations in the New York Metropolitan area, throughout the United States and more recently overseas. He has built a business based on integrity. You are assured of an individual who’s word is his honor and who delivers on commitment. Mr. Fraser’s career started as a loft broker in Manhattan where he learned career-building skills in negotiation. In a marketplace where $1,200 annually often means the difference between success and failure, Jim honed his skills for arranging mutually acceptable terms. From Manhattan he moved to Long Island, his home, to work in the offi ce market. Before moving his home and business to New Jersey in 1979, he arranged some of the Islands largest transactions. Ebasco teamed with Jim to establish their Long Island presence. Ebasco concluded the largest private offi ce transaction of the day. In New Jersey, Jim continued to partner with New Jersey’s largest corporations achieving comprehensive real estate results. He has continued to provide consistent, cost effective, offi ce, industrial, R&D and Laboratory real estate transactions for his customers. After establishing his own company, The Tartan Group, then working with CB Richard Ellis, Jim joined GVA Williams in October 2001.
