With twenty-two years of commercial real estate and facilities management experience leading office, manufacturing and warehousing environments. Strengths are in CRE sales and leasing, business leadership, project management, operations and customer service. He's regarded as a creative and responsible risk taker. Known as a results oriented Broker driven to support client’s goals and objectives.
His recent focus has been Commercial Real Estate Brokerage throughout the St. Louis Metro area including Western Illinois. He has experience in both sales and leasing balancing tenant engagement assignments with owner's interest. Prior to transitioning Commercial Brokerage, he managed a corporate portfolio to he managed leased/owned office and industrial distribution centers for; Reed Elsevier, Elsevier, May Department Stores and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Early in his career he managed several properties for industrial clients, giving him in-depth knowledge of their operations and whereby creating many Best Practice solutions. In addition to the St. Louis metropolitan area, his experience spans to Chicago, Minneapolis, Grand Rapids, Atlanta, Peoria and Nashville. James is Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.
