Bio
James Craig has been involved in organized real estate since 2001 and he has worked in the Waterloo Region markets since that time. Now part of the National Apartment Group at CBRE Limited, his sole focus is on multifamily sales and associated research of new apartment projects, student housing, and traditional multi-family assets. James has been directly involved in over $300M in investment transactions including the sale of over 1,000 multi-residential units in the last 5 years.
In November 2015, James was elected by his peers to a board position within the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors (“KWAR”). and served as Board President in 2017. James is also a board member of the Waterloo Regional Apartment Management Association (WRAMA). In 2017, James joined the City of Waterloo Town and Gown Committee where he currently sits as Chair while also serving on the Steering Committee and the Student Accommodation Working Group and the recently created Unsanctioned Public Gatherings Task Force.
