Bio
James manages every phase of the development process including deal creation/site acquisition, tenant coordination, due diligence, design, entitlement, financing, construction management, and project disposition for multiple developments across the Southeast. He is in his third year with TRC.
Prior to joining TRC, James received his MBA from the College of Charleston with an emphasis in finance. During that time, he worked with Palmetto Pride Realty Group (an affiliate of Keller Williams Realty) where he acted as an inside sales agent, responsible for generating new leads and nurturing them into qualified listings. James holds a SC real estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is currently seeking his CCIM designation.
