James Bold joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2018 as a Regional Vice President of Leasing - Southeast. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Mr. Bold spent 14 years with DDR Corp, most recently as Senior Vice President of Leasing, and 8 years with Regency Centers in leasing and property management. Mr. Bold is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
