James joined Knight Frank in 2007 and is a Partner within the City and East Residential Development department based in the City of London. He is currently involved with land acquisition and disposals across the City, East London and Essex and has negotiated and developed offers from various investors, developers, house builders and RSL's within the City and London region. This includes the acquisition and disposal of residential development land opportunities, the evaluation of residential and mixed use schemes, advising on viability and feasability studies and maximising the value obtainable. James has advised numerous vendors and puchasers on development sites, and since joining Knight Frank, has been involved in a number of high profile sites sales and instructions in the City and East regions.
