James is a KLM Partner with almost 30 years of experience in retail property. He has advised on a wide range of projects including London Estate Strategies, Shopping Centre asset management, High Street properties and retailer expansion strategies. Clients include Pollen Estate, Land Securities, British Land, KIKO and Ferrari. James is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the British Council of Shopping Centres.
James is married with 3 children. He is a keen cyclist and completed the 24hr ride from London–Paris last year. He has also recently taken up triathlons.
