Jake Wasserkrug joined the Marcus & Millichap Las Vegas office in 2018 as part of the Alvino Team. He specializes in Net Leased and Retail assets all over the US. Jake's background is in property management and development.
Prior to joining M&M, Jake started working with a prominent developer in Nevada and Arizona. This is where he expanded his knowledge on the inner workings of real estate development from the ground up. He excels in finding properties to match buyer needs, finding suitable tenants, making accurate cost projections for future developments, forecasting the profitability of a planned development, and project management.
Jake received a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University and is a active member in the National Retail Group, National Net Leased Property Group as well as ICSC.
