As a Senior Advisor at Cresa, Jake Ruben plans and implements Cresa’s integrated strategic real estate solutions as a tenant advocate for commercial space users in a range of industries within the Washington, District of Columbia region. Jake manages the real estate process for his clients using a disciplined and proven process that weighs many variables against defined business goals while supplying services including strategic planning, market studies and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Cresa, Jake served as Financial Analyst intern for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Rockville, Maryland. More recently, Jake was a Research Associate in Cresa’s Bethesda and Washington, DC offices where he supported the Advisors and assisted the Lease Forensics & Enforcement team. In addition, Jake helped to restructure Cresa’s marketing platform, which improved its internal transparency and effectiveness.
