Jake Reid is Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily team. Mr. Reid has over 23 years’ experience in multifamily sales working with private capital in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. Over his career in investment sales, Mr. Reid has earned top sales honors at multiple firms before joining the Southeast Multifamily Team. Before his career in investment sales, Jake gained valuable experience in apartment management with LIT Properties based in Midtown Atlanta. In addition to existing multi-family sales, he has unique experience with the marketing of suburban land, urban infill, and adaptive reuse properties.than 12 years. Throughout his career, he’s represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of over $2 billion in multifamily assets.
