Jacob is a student at the University of Utah currently working on completing his undergraduate degree in finance. He has several years of experience working as a customer service specialist, where his responsibilities included training supervisors and his peers in customer service, overseeing the execution of promised services to customers, resolving communication issues between customer and company, and helping customers solve difficult problems by finding unique/obscure solutions.
