Jake is an integral part of Avison Young Vancouver’s investment division and consistently delivers industry-leading results to his clients. In recent years, he has facilitated the sale of more than $450 million in transaction volume on behalf of vendors and purchasers. With a business focus in the City of Vancouver’s periphery markets and the Sea-to-Sky Corridor, Jake has developed a dynamic skill set across all commercial asset classes. Through collaboration, he ensures client needs are exceeded with a high level of market knowledge, industry relationships, and assignment execution.
Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Jake was a global expert in enclosure integrity and building sciences through the manufacturing and application of diagnostic equipment. In this role, Jake promoted energy efficiency through the implementation of programs such as Passivhaus, Natural Resources Canada’s ecoENERGY, LEED, & Energy Star.
