Jake Lancaster has over 13 years of commercial real estate brokerage, development and construction management experience. Jake specializes in corporate advisory services to tenants and has spent the majority of his career consulting clients in strategic real estate planning for the long-term operation of their business as well as strategic landlord representation. Jake works primarily in the Central City, Westside, and close-in eastside submarkets and in the last 18 months was responsible for sales and leasing for more than 450,000 square feet valued at over $48 million. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Jake spent time with Grubb & Ellis and Howard S. Wright Construction Company.
