Jake specializes in Tenant Representation and Portfolio Management for office and industrial clients. His team represents the best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers. Jake provides a wide range of portfolio and transaction support services – including transaction process management, and portfolio strategy consulting. He focuses on carrying out real estate strategies and transactions that align real estate initiatives with his clients’ overall business objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Isbrandtsen worked at JLL Indianapolis as a broker on the Tenant Representation team. He also previously worked at Oracle and Goldman Sachs in Boston. Prior to this he made four Special Operations deployments with the U.S. Navy.
