As Executve Vice President at HOGAN, Mr. Ermer is focused on representing a diverse group of clients focused on land and commercial transactions throughout central and northern Maryland, with the added focus of lender services. Mr. Ermer focuses on land transactions large and small for his landowner, developer, and commercial end user clients as well as unique income producing transactions including student housing and mobile home park sales. Mr. Ermer also represents a wide variety of lender clients, both national and local, assisting them with the disposition and repositioning of real estate owned assets as well as providing portfolio and asset analysis services. Mr. Ermer joined HOGAN in 2007 as a land and commercial associate, and since then his portfolio has included transactions across a wide spectrum of complexity and size. Mr. Ermer has brokered sales in numerous jurisdictions around central Maryland, including Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, Howard and Prince George’s Counties as well as recording sales in Allegany and Frederick Counties in western Maryland and Kent, Talbot and Worcester Counties on the eastern shore. Prior to joining HOGAN, Mr. Ermer worked in the banking industry and brings 7 years of construction and mortgage lending experience to the firm. During his tenure in banking, Mr. Ermer held various positions at K Bank and Chevy Chase Bank, and uses that insider expertise to better meet the diverse needs of both lender and builder clients. Mr. Ermer is active in the Home Builder’s Association of MD and Urban Land Institute. Originally from Baltimore County, he is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland currently residing in Annapolis. Primary geographic focus in Maryland: Baltimore-Washington Corridor locations including Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Prince George’s and Harford Counties
