After years of success in the residential sector, Jake made the transition into commercial real estate in 2024 where he focuses on retail and hospitality at Ripco. He primarily serves Westchester County and its surrounding areas.
Jake has over a decade’s experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in specialty coffee, where he has worked with and represented businesses such as Mimi’s Coffee House in Mt. Kisco, Climbing Wolf Coffee & Beer in Dobbs Ferry, and the Sandwich Spot of Valhalla.
Born and raised in Westchester County, Jake’s ambition is to serve the communities he grew up in by creating an interesting and booming landscape of businesses for people to enjoy and thrive within. Jake takes great pride in cultivating meaningful relationships with both tenants and landlords as he guides them through the intricacies of the commercial transaction.
Jake is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has a BA in Philosophy and in his free time he enjoys playing music, practicing jiu jitsu, and discovering new restaurants.
