We are Jaime Barefoot & Shannon Wilson-Chandler and together we’ve been advising and helping people achieve their specific and personal goals in real estate for over 30 years. Like most agents, we started our careers in real estate as independent agents working under the names of Big Box Brokers, learning the ropes, the highs, the lows, and all the in betweens of this vigorous and divergent industry.
After consolidating our businesses and working together as a team, sharing our knowledge, experience, and building and serving a broad base of important and loyal clients, we discovered a void in the real estate business at The Crystal Coast that we were qualified and determined to fill. Real Estate isn’t Big Box. It is unique and it’s local. In 2015, we opened our first office on the Causeway in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Barefoot-Chandler & Associates Real Estate quickly became the trusted, go-to boutique real estate agency at The Crystal Coast and within one year we opened our second office in Emerald Isle. We curated our brand by integrating the small things that we loved about the real estate corporations we worked for and we omitted the big things that we didn’t, like the big fees and the big commission cuts. Today we are comprised of 10 trusted and successful Realtors in Carteret County. A founding and standing principle of our company is to offer more lucrative benefits and incentive to our agents than our competition, therefore, we are careful to invite select Realtors with genuine integrity, ethics, and character to join our team.
