A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Jai was born and raised in Ohio. She made her way to Atlanta in 1997. She became licensed to sell real estate in the state of Georgia in 2007. Second year in, she was the number two rookie for closed units in the country among GMAC Real Estate associates.
Her prior focus and experience was in the foreclosure market, also called the distressed property market. Now Jai primarily focuses on the clients' needs. Is a client an investor buying to flip, renovate and flip, or buy and hold? Or are they an owner occupant looking for your new home? Or are they an owner occupant ready to sell, downsize or upgrade? She has worked extensively with cash investors, but also works with professional lenders, including hard-money lenders, who get the deal closed!
Price point is of no concern, as Jai wants to work with all qualified buyers. Her goal is to get you the property that clients want at a price you are comfortable with. Due to the nature of the business she does, her firm has expanded, now providing property management, including Section 8 (or Housing Choice Vouchers). As a team, they can get clients approved as a vendor, and the home certified...ready for the plethora of ready tenants...voucher in hand! That is guaranteed cash flow! It is now a seller's market! That means if clients have a property that they no longer have a need for...let's get it on the market! Inventory is an all-time low. People want to buy a house!
