As an integral member of a highly productive team led by Dan Horowitz and Jeff Peck, Jacob Stern is responsible for the business development of team’s most prestigious clients. Jacob is also responsible for market research, financial analysis, transaction management and lease negotiations. Along with a team of seasoned veterans, Jacob advises companies in a broad range of industries ranging from law and finance to technology and media in the New York region and across the country, including Aberdeen Standard Investments, Burberry, Hermès, Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, and Mikimoto. Jacob is dedicated to providing support and advisory services, tailored to his clients’ needs and business goals, throughout the entire transaction cycle and beyond.
Prior to joining Savills in 2016, Jacob was an associate for EVO Real Estate Group, where he learned the ins and outs of the industry.
