Jacob Serure is a Miami born native with a background in sales since the age of 18. Serure began his career in the real estate business in 2000. Prior to real estate, Serure ran the family business for several years consisting of retail shops and a wholesale company. Upon exiting the family business, Serure entered the real estate business as a realtor where his focus was brokering record breaking sales along Biscayne Blvd - Edgewater area, warehouses in Wynwood, and retail and office/storefront buildings in the Miami Design District. Soon thereafter Serure successfully established a company consisting of two facets: (a) real estate sales and (b) acquiring properties as a principal/developer.
As a result, Serure has been awarded on his excellence in sales from several real estate companies (Arvida Realty, Coldwell Banker, Remax, Metro 1 Properties). Serure has brokered deals in all areas of Miami: Miami Beach, Little Havana, West Brickell Ave, North Miami, Overtown, Wynwood, Liberty City, Biscayne Blvd, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Hollywood and more. Serure concentrates primarily on the multi-family side of commercial real estate and his focus on detailed property analysis, due diligence, customer service, marketing, and working around the clock has resulted in getting the job done.
When not engaged in the real estate world, over the years Serure has been involved in several non-for-profit organizations: The Miami/Broward Jewish Federations, American Jewish Committee (board member), The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, The Women’s Fund Miami, The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, The Mt. Sinai Hospital Young President’s Club and Young Founders (board member), Help Inc (board member), AIPAC and The Miami Humane Society.
As a principal, Serure has bought and sold several multi-family buildings in Miami-Dade County and development sites in South Beach. Serure used his expertise as an experienced and credible real-estate agent to identify real estate opportunities with significant financial upside. Upside via (1) acquiring multi-family buildings where renovations to the buildings resulted in higher rent roll income and or the sale of the building and or units at a significant profit, and (2) acquiring property with attractive re positioning via zoning allowances. He was the first condo conversion developer in both the Miami’s “Roads” area just west of Brickell Avenue and also in South Beach. Serure’s last investment property was the acquisition of a development site on South Beach just a few blocks away from Lincoln Road which he worked on developing into 14 high-end luxury condo units. The property was sold for more than double the acquisition price.
