Jacob Emery has been with Lincoln Property Company since 2018, working for Lincoln Advisory Group managing separate account assets for a state pension fund and a sovereign wealth fund. Jacob’s primary focus is industrial acquisitions and development, while assisting with dispositions, financings and valuations. Prior to joining Lincoln, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, receiving his BBA in Real Estate and Finance. Jacob is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP.
