Jacob A. Cserepes serves as an Associate Advisor with SVN ALTA of Salt Lake City specialize in the Self-Storage and the National Self Storage association industry in the Northern Utah Wasatch front. He is member of the UtahSSA. Mr. Cserepes is a member of the SVN National Self Storage team and is currently working towards his CCIM designation.
He demonstrated leadership, asset management, and operational risk management. Serving as a patrol officer he conducted High Value Asset mission in the protection of Government assets equaling $30,000,000.00.
Mr. Cserepes began his Self-Storage and industrial career after serving in the United States Navy. He has developed skills and disciplined from his military career for analytics, management, and investment consultation to his clients.
Jacob has spent several years learning Commercial Real Estate and Investments in the state of Utah to become an expert in Self-Storage and Industrial properties. Mr. Cserepes resides with his family in the Salt Lake Area. Mr. Cserepes is a seven-year veteran of the United States Navy, having served nationally in San Diego, California and overseas in various countries in the Middle East.
