I am a director with Newmark based in the Boca Raton office where I specialize in new business generation in addition to the marketing and sale of multifamily properties, land, and the structuring of joint ventures. Since joining Newmark in 2019, I have been involved in the sale of over $8 billion in multifamily assets throughout Southeast and Southwest Florida. I have been responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transaction process including valuations, negotiations, due diligence and closings.
